Have rousted the pigeons from their apparently habitual roost just outside the window, as I was starting to notice some insect life nearby. They're making do on the roof opposite, but it appears to be less comfortable, as there's constant squabbling for position. Occasionally, they'll just stare at the place of which they were so rudely dispossessed. Undoubtedly plotting revenge and a glorious return to their rightful land. #birdsofthebalkans
